In the app
Follow this path from inside PRAiGO:
- Open Profile
- Tap settings (gear icon)
- Choose Delete my account
- Confirm Delete
When you confirm, PRAiGO deletes your photos, both the records and the actual image files. It erases your name, handle, avatar, campus and interests, and what only you could see, like your date of birth, school email, saved places and notifications. Then it permanently locks the account. Your phone number and email are removed from the sign-in record so it can never be signed into or recognised again.
This cannot be undone.
What is deleted, and what is not
Deleted
Your name, handle, avatar, campus and interests. Every photo you uploaded, and your likes on other people's photos. Your date of birth, school email, saved places and times, notifications, and the proof you gave for a university. Your sign-in identifiers. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Kept, anonymised
Plans you hosted remain, attributed to "Someone", because deleting them would also erase the attendance history of everyone who came. Messages you sent, the Plans you went to or are going to, and your blocks stay too, tied to an anonymous profile and never to your name. Reports you made stay, with nothing linking them to you. Ideas you posted that haven't become a Plan are called off, but their words stay. The full list is in our privacy policy.
If you can't access the app
Lost your phone, uninstalled, or can't sign in? Email customer-support@praigo.com from the address linked to your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and we will run the same deletion for you, then confirm by reply.
